Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is not available at the moment, however, we generally don't include an order invoice with gifts.
How can I track my order status?
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
Please see shipping policy for delivery time estimate.
If you are experiencing shipping delay or lost package, please contact hi@olaladesignstore.com within two weeks of the tracking number’s delivery date.
How does the e-gift card work?
You can apply the e-gift card (usually in the form of a digital coupon code) at the checkout after you place your order.

Do you offer free shipping?
Free domestic shipping is available for orders over $59 and cover all destinations in the US via logistics service providers (e.g. USPS, Fedex, UPS)
I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
In general, orders will be processed within (2) business days upon order is placed (time may vary during holidays).
